Blue Cup is proud to offer healthy, fast, fresh food. We make many items from scratch, including all of our soups. Each sandwich, salad, panini or wrap is made when ordered. Nothing is ever made in advance. Our food menu exceeds expectations for a coffee house and most are surprised at the depth of our menu.

We start with romaine lettuce, then add our black bean salsa, cucumbers and tomatoes. Crunch a few chips on the top, and the famous no fat / no cholesterol vidalia onion and summer tomato dressing. |

The Ella Panini
